Function: Unlike traditional AI, which analyzes existing data, GenAI creates new data based on the patterns it has learned. This can include generating realistic images, writing coherent text, or composing music.

Examples: ChatGPT for text generation, Microsoft CoPilot, DALL-E for image creation, and deepfake technology.

Key differences between AI vs Generative AI

Purpose: AI is generally used to analyze and make decisions based on existing data, while GenAI is used for creating new content.
